Big Living: Returns Policy
Big Living wants you to be as happy as possible with you shopping experience. As a result, we have a customer friendly returns policy. Any damage or faults you may find must be reported to the Big Living team within 48 hours. If you find that you no longer want or need a particular product, we have a 14 day money back guarantee. If you find that your products are damaged or faulty upon delivery we will arrange to replace them. If the products are unwanted or unsuitable, they must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the condition all products are returned to us. That is, unused, labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging. A full refund may not be given if the item is not able to be resold as new. The customer may be held liable for the return of the item or items.
Subject to all goods being returned to Big Living in the condition they were dispatched, a refund will be issued, or an exchange of goods can be orchestrated.
Please ensure that when dispatching goods to Big Living, the package is well secured and insure that the reason for the return is included, along with the customer’s name and address.

If you have a change f heart, simply get in touch and we can help organize the return of all unused items, in its original condition within 30 days, we can either exchange the item or give you a full refund.

The 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, specifically it does not affect the rights you have to request the return of goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations you, as our customer, have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website in exchange for a full refund. This doesn't apply to:
• Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Goods that becomes mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.
Please insure that you take reasonable care of the goods, we have the right to deduct an amount from the refund we issue to reflect any deprecation in the value of the goods in question, assuming the deprecation is as a result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
Please make it clear when you do cancel an order that you are cancelling the order under terms of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
